Misty is a full time Associate Broker with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin and Fonville Real Estate. Awards from Chairman's Circle, President's Club and The Realty Alliance National Sales Excellence. She has membership in the Williamsburg Area of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and three multiple listing systems (WAAR, Richmond and REIN). She has taken many New Construction classes, including the Earth Craft Building Class (Green Building), short sale certified, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and Luxury Home Marketing.
Misty was born in Charleston, South Carolina and has lived in the Williamsburg area since 1984 with her husband and three children. Her husband Tom worked for Colonial Williamsburg for 25 years and is now a Consultant with Eisenman and Associates in Richmond. She has a love for the Williamsburg area and will always consider this home. Misty volunteers for local events and charities. She is a member of the Williamsburg Garden Club (2013 Historic Garden Week Chair for Williamsburg), Garden Club of Virginia (2015 GCV Symposium Co-Chair and 2020 Centennial Committee) and on the board of the Williamsburg YMCA, Triangle Arts and Culture League and Landfall at Jamestown.
